3. Refunds for Fault or Error

- Issues caused by SellAuth, payment processors, or third-party services outside our control
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in denial of future service.
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where the product has been successfully delivered.
6. Australian Consumer Law
- Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Where required by law, refunds or remedies will be provided accordingly.
